Yoga/workshops
Practicing yoga since 2003, Cindy understands the mental benefits that this practice provides. After attending a yoga retreat in 2023 in Bali, Indonesia, she was inspired to obtain her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Since then, she has begun to offer workshops in the community where she teaches mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion along with a yoga flow.
Contact Cindy to sign up for an upcoming workshop, or to inquire about a workshop or class you would like her to host.
Counseling and consulting services
Therapy
Cindy works with clients ages 13 and up and covers a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. She strives to provide the best care to all clients based on individual needs.
She views therapy as a collaborative and interactive experience. The more vulnerable and courageous you allow yourself to be, the more effective the therapy process will be for you. Throughout your work together, the goal is to come to understand yourself better, build better communication skills, and acquire coping skills and tools to apply and enrich your everyday life experiences.
